The Appomattox County Board of Supervisors recently approved Guynn Waddell to provide the County’s legal services. Firm partner Mark Popovich will be the primary attorney assigned to represent Appomattox County. With 20 years of local government experience, Mark joined Guynn Waddell in 2018 after serving as the County Attorney for Isle of Wight County. In addition to representing Appomattox County, Mark serves as the Town Attorney for the towns of Branchville and Wakefield, the City Attorney for the City of Covington, the County Attorney for Amherst County, and provides primary legal services for several public agencies and authorities.
