We are thrilled to announce that Chris Dadak is now a Principal at our firm. Chris has been with us since 2016. He is an experienced litigator with an active practice on behalf of public entities in state and federal court. He primarily litigates claims involving alleged Constitutional violations and claims under Title IX, Title VII, ADA, and ADEA.  He also advises and litigates on land use and procurement issues. Caring about his local community, Chris assists local residents with disability claims before the Social Security Administration. Since 2016, Virginia Super Lawyers has recognized him as a “Rising Star”; and in 2021, he was nominated to the Virginia Business Magazine Legal Elite in the area of Administrative Government.  We are excited and grateful for Chris’s continued growth and development with GWCL.
