The Patrick County Board of Supervisors recently contracted Guynn, Waddell, Carroll & Lockaby, P.C. to serve as the County’s legal counsel. The firm has represented the county, its officials, staff, and constitutional officers on a variety of matters over the years and looks forward to serving the locality on a more comprehensive basis. Jim H. Guynn, Jr. and Mark Popovich will serve as the county’s primary attorneys.

In addition, the Botetourt County Department of Social Services (DSS) appointed the firm to provide its legal representation where Mark will serve as the department’s primary contact. GWCL has proudly served as the Botetourt County Attorney since 2008, and we are pleased to expand our legal services to the county’s DSS and its board.
